5 THINGS YOU DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT LACEY SCHUCKMAN
WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY OF TRAINING LIKE?
I train 6 days a week, 6-8 hours a day. I typically begin my morning with a run, get in about an hour of cardio. Then I take a short nap. I get up and do a skill class ie. Bjj tech/free roll, mitts, etc. I either take another quick nap or just wait for pm class which is more live work sparring, drilling, etc. It’s usually the opposite discipline of what I did earlier. Then I usually finish up my day with Strength & Conditioning
WHAT GOT YOU INTO MARTIAL ARTS?
I was always in trouble in school for fighting. When I met my best friend and husband as a kid, he did traditional martial arts and wrestling, I was instantly hooked. We started training together when I was 15, from day one with our aspirations of competing in the UFC someday. It lead to us pursue BJJ, Boxing, and Muay Thai as well.
