WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY OF TRAINING LIKE?
I will usually have two training sessions a day. They vary between MMA class, kick boxing, wrestling ,jujitsu (Gracie Barra NM), Strength and Conditioning (Turning Point), Yoga (Hot Yoga Infusion), and Boxing (Danny Romeros Hideout) and a run will get thrown in the mix here and there. I feel now that I am older and far wiser. My training has changed from the day I once thought the more I work out the better. I understand that is quality over quantity make every workout count and you don’t have to work out all day.
WHAT GOT YOU INTO MARTIAL ARTS?
I walked into Mike Winklejohns gym the summer before high school started just looking for something keep me out of trouble and here we are!
