WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY OF TRAINING LIKE?
I train 2x per day regularly and more during fight camp. I spar twice a week with some killers, like Mike Easton, Jon Delbrugge, Peter Pettis, and Sodiq Yusuf. Outside of sparring, I train boxing, muay thai, and jiu jitsu every single morning. And jiu jitsu, wrestling, game planing every evening. On Sundays, I have a 3 hour muay thai session.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU AS FIGHTER?
My goal is to be the best in the world. I have a passion for the arts, and every day I strive to be a true martial artist. To live with patience, peace, and honor. And I’m highly competitive, so I want to show the world my skills and my style and represent for Team Lloyd Irvin. I’ve never been good at other sports, but I always loved to compete, and now with MMA, I have a sport and art that, not only am I good at, but I love!

Wolverine’s powers. Bad ass retractable claws, animal-keen senses, and super enhanced healing powers.

Beyonce, cause she’s the Queen. Greatest entertainer alive. Mike Tyson, because I feel like he’s probably one of the most misunderstood fighters of all time.
