WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY OF TRAINING LIKE?
I train usually 3 times a day. I do a morning, midday and night time session. My morning sessions are working on my striking with my striking coaches. Usually midday is strength and conditioning and evenings is a mix of striking, jiu jitsu, wrestling, mma specific drilling and sparring.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU AS A FIGHTER
I want to be the best in the world so that constant drive and determination is was motivates me every day to train harder and constantly improve as a martial artist.
